Every engagement begins with a paid discovery period where we co-define goals, success metrics, and scope. This ensures clarity, alignment, and measurable value from the start.

I offer flexible structures—hourly for short-term initiatives, monthly retainers for ongoing partnerships, or hybrid models that evolve as the relationship grows. Engagements can have a defined end date or remain open-ended, depending on your needs. Compensation is primarily cash-based, though in select circumstances, I may accept a limited portion in equity as part of the overall arrangement.
